Brandon is a graduate from Frostburg State University, where he holds both a bachelor's degree in Health & Physical Education and a master's degree in Human Performance. He has been employed with Federal Stone Industries Inc. since 1999, but has taken on the project management duties since 2008. Brandon oversees the day to day progress with packaging orders, as well as monitoring inventory control and internet marketing. He has attended various conferences within the industry and has taken numerous courses while at the World of Concrete, earning him a master's certificate in Buisness & Project Management.

Brandon is also the assistant men's soccer coach for Hagerstown Community College and he and his wife, Erin, live in Frederick, MD.
