David joined the Federal Stone Industries Inc. staff in 1996, after nearly 20 years in the restaurant industry. He is a graduate of Hagerstown Community College, with an Associate of Arts degree in Management. David is proficient with computer design in regards to blueprints and specification drawings. He handles technical matters with emphasis on mix design and concrete properties. David has published many articles in trade journals and newsletters, while also conducting training seminars for pool builders, contractors, and architects.

David currently resides in Hagerstown, MD with his wife Carol and enjoys riding his motorcycle and vacationing with family and friends.
