Dustin has been employed with Federal Stone Industries Inc. since 2007 and was promoted to shop supervisor in 2009. He brings management expererience from the food industry, where he served as supervisor for 2 years. Dustin handles the shop responsibilties, including mix design and standards, as well as testing and quality control. His other duties include scheduling of employees and compliance of daily requirements.

Dustin lives in Maryland with his wife and daughter.
